Batavia Self Storage and Truck Rentals Inc. uses the SiteLink system to process payments online.

• There is no extra cost or fee for customers to use SiteLink
• Payments through SiteLink may take up to one business day to post to your account at Batavia Self Storage.
  • "Red Locks" may take one additional business day to be removed. They will be removed only after full payment of all past due amounts has been posted from Sitelink to your account at Batavia Self Storage
• By choosing to use SiteLink online payments, all parties agree that the timestamping that SiteLink provides shall be the sole reference used regarding determination of on-time payments and account status.
• SiteLink shall send email regarding client payments and status from their email address (@smdservers.net). These emails shall be considered as account communication from Batavia Self Storage.
• SiteLink's webpages are provided over https and provide industry-standard authentication and end-to-end encryption.
• Batavia Self Storage does not support the SiteLink Site, nor can they see or modify end-users' account information.
• Batavia Self Storage is not responsible for the availability of the SiteLink Payment Site
